Red, White, and Blueberry Lemonade is a bright, festive drink made with tart lemonade, juicy strawberries, plump blueberries, and a handful of ice for a cooling touch. It’s the perfect patriotic refresher for summer picnics, backyard barbecues, or 4th of July celebrations. Naturally sweet and bursting with color, this lemonade is as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6–8 lemons)

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (or to taste)

  • 4–5 cups cold water

  • Ice

  • Fresh mint, for garnish

  • Optional: sparkling water or club soda for serving

Directions

  • In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add the cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Add strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour lemonade over the top.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and extra berries.
  • If you’d like a fizzy version, top each glass with a splash of sparkling water just before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger berry flavor, gently muddle some of the berries in the pitcher before adding water.
  • You can use frozen berries if fresh aren’t available—no need to thaw first.
  • For adults, add a splash of vodka or berry liqueur to make it a cocktail.
