Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cut into cubes

  • ½ cup thick yogurt (curd)

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Capsicum and onion cubes (optional)

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
  • Add paneer cubes and vegetables. Coat well with marinade.
  • Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
  • Place marinated paneer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until lightly charred.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon slices.

Notes

  • Serve as starter or snack with chutney.
  • Best eaten fresh. Refrigerate up to 1 day if needed.
