Directions
- Wash rice and soak for 30 minutes.
- Drain and grind rice into a coarse paste using little water.
- Heat milk in a pan and bring to a gentle boil.
- Add ground rice paste while stirring continuously.
- Cook on low flame until mixture thickens.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron. Mix well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until creamy.
