1 cup thick yogurt (curd)
½ cup chilled water or milk
2 tbsp sugar (for sweet lassi) or ½ tsp salt (for salted lassi)
2–3 ice cubes
Pinch of cardamom powder (optional for sweet lassi)
Roasted cumin powder (optional for salted lassi)
Directions
- Add yogurt, water or milk, and sugar or salt into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Add ice cubes and blend briefly again.
- Pour into glasses.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder or roasted cumin powder as desired.
- Serve chilled.
