Directions
- In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil and mix to form dough.
- Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to the highest temperature (around 475–500°F / 250–260°C).
- Divide dough into two balls and roll each into a thin pizza base.
- Spread crushed tomatoes over the dough.
- Add pieces of fresh mozzarella.
