1 lb (450 g) beef sirloin, sliced into strips
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp flour
½ cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook beef strips until browned; remove and set aside.
