Ingredients

  • 2 kg crawfish, cleaned

  • 1 large onion, halved

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 4 ears corn, cut into halves

  • 500 g small potatoes

  • 300 g smoked sausage, sliced

  • ½ cup crawfish boil seasoning

  • 2 lemons, halved

  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
