2 cups tomato sauce
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil

1 cup ricotta cheese
1 egg
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and Parmesan cheese.
