Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts

  • ½ cup blood orange juice

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
