Ingredients

  • 500g chicken pieces

  • 1 cup rice, washed

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp ginger, sliced

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 5 cups chicken stock or water

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Spring onions for garnish

  • Boiled eggs (optional)

  • Lemon or calamansi (optional)

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pot and sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
