Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets

  • ½ cup flour or cornflour

  • 1 tsp red chili powder

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder or paste

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • Wash and pat dry fish fillets.
  • Marinate fish with lemon juice, salt, and spices for 10 minutes.
