  • 400 g white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • ½ cup sour cream or yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions

  • Season the fish fillets with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the fish for about 3–4 minutes on each side until fully cooked and flaky.
  • In a small bowl, mix sour cream and lime juice to make a simple sauce.
  • Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  • Break the cooked fish into chunks.
  • Place fish pieces on each tortilla.
  • Top with shredded cabbage and drizzle with the lime sauce.
