5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Pat dry the leg of lamb and place it in a roasting pan.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
