Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked ham (about 4–5 lbs)

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Pineapple slices (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • Place the ham in a roasting pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
  • In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, cinnamon, and pepper.
  • Brush half of the glaze over the ham.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 1 hour.
  • Remove foil and brush remaining glaze over the ham.
  • Bake another 20–30 minutes until the glaze is caramelized.
  • Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm.
