2 packs Maggi noodles
2 cups water
1 small onion, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1 green chili, chopped
¼ cup capsicum, chopped
1 tbsp oil or butter
½ tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Maggi tastemaker
Fresh coriander for garnish
Directions
- Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add onions and sauté until soft.
- Add green chili, tomatoes, and capsicum. Cook until soft.
- Add spices and mix well.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Add noodles and tastemaker.
- Cook 2–3 minutes until slightly saucy.
- Garnish and serve hot.
Notes
- Top with cheese or butter and enjoy hot.
- Best eaten fresh. Store up to 1 day if needed.
