    Ingredients

    • For the Crust:

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour

    • 1/2 cup butter, softened

    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

    • For the Filling:

    • 1 cup sugar

    • 2 eggs

    • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

    • 1/3 cup lemon juice

    • 1 tsp lemon zest

    • Powdered sugar for topping

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
    • Press mixture into a greased baking pan.
    • Bake crust for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden.
    • In another bowl, whisk sugar, eggs, flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
    • Pour filling over warm crust.
    • Bake for another 20–22 minutes until set.
    • Let cool completely and dust with powdered sugar.
    • Slice into bars and serve.
