Ingredients

• 2 cups frozen sweet peas, thawed

• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

• 1 tbsp sour cream

• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

• 1/2 tsp sugar

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

• In a large bowl, mix peas, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
• In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
• Pour the dressing over the pea mixture, tossing gently to coat.
• Fold in the crumbled bacon, reserving some for garnish.
