1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 green chili, chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Directions
- In a bowl, mix sliced onions, green chili, coriander, and salt.

- Mix well and add little water to form a thick batter.
