½ cup thick yogurt (curd)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil

Directions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
- Add paneer and vegetables, coating them well with marinade.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange paneer on skewers or tray.
- Grill in oven at 200°C for 12–15 minutes or cook on a pan until lightly charred.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
