  • 1 lb (450 g) salmon, cooked and flaked

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sriracha (optional)

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (optional)

  • 1 sheet nori, cut into strips

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread cooked sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix flaked salmon, mayonnaise, cream cheese, soy sauce, and sriracha.
  • Spread the salmon mixture over the rice.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if using.
