¾ cup granulated sugar
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round or square cake pan.
- Add strawberries, eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the dry ingredients and mix just until combined — don’t overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
