Ingredients

  • 250g pasta (penne or fusilli)

  • 200g chicken sausages, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 cup tomato sauce or pasta sauce

  • ½ cup cream (optional for creamy version)

  • ½ tsp chili flakes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp grated cheese

  • Fresh basil or coriander for garnish

Directions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook sliced chicken sausages until lightly browned.
  • Add onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
