Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 6–8 almonds, chopped

  • 4–5 pistachios, chopped

  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder

  • Few saffron strands

  • Pinch of nutmeg powder (optional)

Directions

  • Heat milk in a pan on medium flame.
  • Add saffron strands and let the milk simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add sugar, almonds, pistachios, and cardamom powder.
  • Stir well and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
  • Add nutmeg powder if desired.
  • Serve warm or chilled.
