  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add shredded cabbage and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Push vegetables to one side and pour in beaten eggs.
