250g paneer, cut into cubes
½ cup thick yogurt (curd)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Capsicum and onion cubes (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes and vegetables. Coat well with marinade.
- Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
- Place marinated paneer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until lightly charred.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon slices.
