2 cups milk
2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
6–8 almonds, chopped
4–5 pistachios, chopped
¼ tsp cardamom powder
Few saffron strands
Pinch of nutmeg powder (optional)
Directions
- Heat milk in a pan on medium flame.
- Add saffron strands and let the milk simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, almonds, pistachios, and cardamom powder.
- Stir well and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
- Add nutmeg powder if desired.
- Serve warm or chilled.
