Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza is a flavorful fusion dish that combines juicy marinated chicken, creamy tzatziki sauce, and fresh toppings on warm, fluffy naan bread. It’s a quick and satisfying meal with Mediterranean flair—perfect for weeknights or casual entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 naan breads

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

  • ¼ cup sliced Kalamata olives (optional)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ½ cucumber, grated and excess liquid squeezed out

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Chopped fresh parsley or dill

  • Extra lemon wedges

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Place naan breads on a baking sheet. Top each with an even layer of seasoned chicken.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives if using.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and naan edges are lightly crisp.

  • Remove pizzas from oven. Drizzle generously with tzatziki sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped herbs and serve warm with lemon wedges.
