Ingredients

  • 20 wonton wrappers

  • 1 cup ground pork or chicken

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • ½ tsp ginger, grated

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix ground meat, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
  • Place a small amount of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  • Fold and seal the edges to form dumplings.
