    Ingredients

    • 20 wonton wrappers

    • 1 cup ground pork or chicken

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tsp sesame oil

    • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated

    • 4 cups chicken broth

    • 2 g reen onions, chopped

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    • In a bowl, mix ground meat, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
    • Place a small amount of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
    • Fold and seal the edges to form dumplings.
    • Bring chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
    • Add wontons and cook for 4–5 minutes until they float.
    • Season the broth with salt and pepper.
